  • Due to an increasing demand in the Itaipava region for secondary country-side homes that are located within a two-hour driving distance from Rio de Janeiro and which provide a particularly mild mountain climate and natural beauty, the family owners decided in 2004 to develop areas for private houses within the property.
  • The first development -- the Three Valleys Condominium -- was composed of 52 sites with areas ranging from 2000 to 7000 square meters and was quickly sold out. With all basic infra-structure secured, several privately-owned residences have been built to date.
  • A second development area -- the Serra Santa Condominium -- has 31 sites duly measured and registered at INCRA, with some 75 percent still on sale.
  • The owners have already selected excellent new areas for a third and, possibly, a fourth development location at different parts of the Rio Bonito Farm.

  • The Country Inn and the Fishing Club 3 Vales have established themselves as a unique area for relaxation and contemplation of nature and biodiversity resources, as well as an area for high-end country-side condominium houses.
